Measure around your hand at its widest point, with your thumb tucked in as if you were putting the bracelet on. You can use a flexible tape measure, or a piece of string that you then measure with a ruler. The bracelet needs to slide over your hand, not just fit around your wrist. The dimensions on the product page may be an inner diameter or another inner measurement, rather than a circumference. If you’re unsure which size will pass over your hand, contact us before ordering.

No. Our bracelets aren’t elastic or adjustable, so it’s important to choose the right size before ordering. They’re available in three sizes: S, M and L.

The bracelets are 3D-printed in Silk PLA, a plant-based bioplastic, and have no metal parts. We don’t have a certification that allows us to guarantee they’re hypoallergenic for everyone. If you have known skin sensitivities, please contact us before buying.

Contact us at info@nodosbyg.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to request an exchange or return, then send the item within 14 days of notifying us. Items returned under the commercial policy must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. These commercial conditions do not limit your statutory withdrawal or faulty-goods rights. More favourable terms for earlier purchases remain protected.

Duo Nova is sold as a set of two bracelets: one star-shaped and one square. You don’t need to add each piece to your order separately. Both bracelets come in the size you choose. The bracelets in this set aren’t sold individually.
