Purchase and Academy terms

Who you are buying from

The seller and Academy provider is ESTILO NODOS SL, trading as NODOS by G, tax ID B75931782. Our registered office and correspondence address is C/Luis Vives 14, 28002 Madrid, Spain. Email: info@nodosbyg.com. Telephone: +34 684 753 469 or +30 697 640 8902.

These terms cover purchases of physical products and Academy services through our website. The product or course description, your selected options, the price and the conditions supplied before you place your order form part of your purchase information. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. Website-use rules are separate and do not replace these purchase terms.

Products, options and ordering

Choose the product or course and any available size, colour, location or teaching-hour option, then add it to your basket. Before submitting your order, review the items, quantities, contact details, delivery or class information, payment method and total price. You can change your basket and correct the details before the final payment action. If you notice an error afterwards, contact info@nodosbyg.com promptly; this does not remove any right to withdraw or other remedy available by law.

English and Spanish purchase information is available. Keep the order confirmation and the terms supplied with it.

After the payment platform approves your payment, we review and accept your order manually. An automatic order-receipt or payment message is not, by itself, our manual acceptance.

Buying through a personal account is optional. If you choose to create an account, keep the login details secure. Creating an account or placing an order is not consent to email, SMS or advertising marketing.

Prices and payment

The final total shown before you place your order must identify the price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other charges we collect. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. You are not required to accept optional marketing to pay for your purchase.

For destinations subject to import procedures, customs duties, import taxes and local import charges not covered by us may be payable separately. We will identify any known additional charges, or explain that they may be payable if we cannot reasonably calculate them, before the order is placed. This does not transfer to you costs that we must bear for a statutory remedy or a covered guarantee claim.

Production and delivery

Our physical pieces are made to order. The production window and delivery estimates are set out in policy B below, together with the shipping rates. Production time is separate from transport time. A made-to-order production method does not, by itself, remove withdrawal rights.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If delivery is late, the remedies available under applicable law remain available, including an additional appropriate delivery period or termination and reimbursement where the legal conditions are met. Transport estimates do not exclude those remedies.

The risk of loss or damage normally passes when you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods. The legal exception for a carrier commissioned independently by you remains applicable where its conditions are met. Contact us if an order is missing or damaged; this does not make you responsible for resolving our carrier's performance before seeking your rights from us.

Withdrawal, returns and faulty products

Policy B explains statutory withdrawal, the separate 14-day commercial return and exchange offer, and the model withdrawal form. Policy C explains statutory faulty-goods remedies and the additional commercial guarantee. Their deadlines, costs and eligibility rules are different.

A discount does not remove statutory withdrawal or faulty-goods rights. A voucher is not a compulsory substitute for a statutory refund or other remedy available by law.

Academy purchases

Your purchase covers the workshop or teaching-hour pack and the delivery format identified in the offer. The monthly courses offer 6, 12 or 18 teaching hours, with location options Madrid, Athens and Online. Children's courses cover ages 8–13; the other course tier starts at 14. Monthly-course packs must be completed within 30 days from purchase. Sessions last at least one hour. A certificate records the total teaching hours completed.

For a learner who cannot independently enter the contract, the booking must be made by an adult with the necessary authority. The purchasing adult and the learner may be different people. The age categories describe the classes; they do not establish a minor's legal capacity to buy services.

Online lessons are taught live through Google Meet. You need an internet connection, a camera and a microphone. We arrange lesson dates with you. Any course-specific software or materials are identified in the course offer or joining instructions.

Service withdrawal and early lessons

For an Academy purchase covered by ordinary service withdrawal, the 14-calendar-day period starts when the contract is concluded. You may withdraw without giving a reason using the methods in policy B.

If you want teaching to begin before that period ends, we must obtain your express request before starting and give you the required information. If you then withdraw after teaching has begun, you pay only the proportion of the agreed service already supplied, where the legal conditions for that payment are met. Without the required request or information, no such proportionate charge applies under the statutory rules. A general acceptance of these terms is not an early-start request.

The withdrawal right ends on full performance only if performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you would lose that right once the whole service was completed. The first lesson does not fully perform a multi-lesson pack. Live online teaching is not treated as downloadable digital content merely because it takes place online.

Cancellation, rescheduling and unused hours

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you keep the booked hours and can arrange another date within your pack's completion period. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend a booked class, only the hours scheduled for that class are deducted from your pack and cannot be reused. These rules do not override statutory withdrawal rights or remedies where NODOS cannot provide the purchased teaching.

If we cannot offer enough dates within the completion period, you can recover the pending hours in the following month. This carry-over does not replace a refund, termination or other remedy where required by law.

If you have hours left unused for your own reasons after 30 days, contact us to request an extension. We consider these requests case by case at our discretion; an extension is not automatic. This does not limit any statutory entitlement to a refund or other remedy.

Questions, complaints and dispute resolution

Contact info@nodosbyg.com or write to our correspondence address, describing the issue and identifying the purchase where possible. You do not need to include a reason to exercise statutory withdrawal.

If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, we will provide the information about the competent alternative dispute resolution entity and our participation that applicable law requires, on paper or another durable medium. The discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not used as a complaint route.

Applicable rights and later changes

These terms do not exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer protection that applies to your purchase. The courts with jurisdiction are determined by the applicable rules; these terms do not require consumers to bring proceedings exclusively in Madrid.

The purchase-time terms and any binding more favourable promise remain applicable to that purchase. A later website revision does not retrospectively reduce those rights.

Open points before publication (8)
  1. H01: Insert the verified Mercantile Registry particulars. The Madrid parcel-return address is owner-confirmed; do not reopen that question.
  2. H02: Manual post-payment acceptance is owner-confirmed. Qualify its distinct staff action/notification, the final payment-obligation label, retained purchase-time documents, actual durable delivery and archived-contract access. Acknowledgement, payment and fulfilment remain distinct; do not infer acceptance from a WooCommerce status.
  3. H03: Confirm the actual tax-inclusive consumer presentation, charge breakdown and payment methods. Production settings currently enable Stripe and store product prices as tax-exclusive; that alone does not establish the tax treatment of the displayed total or which wallets appear on a particular device. No payment was tested.
  4. H03: Verify destination-specific import information before making this precontract-information promise. Do not present an unknown charge as already included.
  5. H07: Check that the relevant course offer or joining instructions identify any required software or materials. Do not promise an unconfirmed physical printed object for online learners. This is an internal copy check, not another owner questionnaire.
  6. H14: Install and verify separate, initially unchecked early-start request and full-performance acknowledgement controls when relevant, and retain their record with the durable contract confirmation. Proposed labels are in README.md. No such controls were installed in this drafting phase.
  7. H07: Timely rescheduling and no-show treatment are editorial interpretations of the confirmed late-cancellation rule, authorized for this draft by Alex. Learner-caused extensions are discretionary under Alex's October27 instruction; provider-caused carry-over is owner-confirmed. Check proportionality and prospective precontract disclosure before release. Do not add a further fee or a blanket no-refund rule.
  8. H10: Verify any ADR membership or obligation and add the relevant entity and website if applicable. Do not invent membership or a refusal to participate.

Shipping, withdrawal, returns and exchanges

Production and shipping

Each NODOS piece is made to order. After we manually accept your order, allow 24–48 hours for production, counted within working days. Production takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. The transport estimates below are separate from production time.

Spain and Greece

  • Standard shipping for orders of €45 or more: free.
  • Standard shipping for orders under €45: from €7.
  • Express shipping: from €25.
  • Standard transport estimate: 5–7 business days.
  • Express transport estimate: 2–4 business days.

Netherlands

  • Standard shipping for orders of €45 or more after discounts: free.
  • Standard shipping for orders under €45 after discounts: €7.
  • Standard transport estimate: 5–8 business days.

Rest of Europe

  • Standard shipping for orders of €250 or more: free.
  • Standard shipping for orders under €250: €15.
  • Standard transport estimate: 5–8 business days.

International destinations, including Turkey

Shipping is calculated at checkout, starting from €35. Any separately payable customs duties, import taxes and local import charges are explained under A3. The available destination, service and charge for your order must be shown before you place it.

Statutory withdrawal

For purchases covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. For goods, the period runs from receipt by you or a person you nominate other than the carrier. Where one order is delivered in separate goods or parts, it runs from receipt of the last goods or part. For services, it runs from conclusion of the contract. Any longer period required by law remains available, including an extension where required withdrawal information was not supplied.

Notify us by email to info@nodosbyg.com, by an unequivocal declaration sent to ESTILO NODOS SL, C/Luis Vives 14, 28002 Madrid, Spain, or through the website withdrawal form. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient. No prior approval, explanation or compulsory photograph is required. The model form in the annex is optional; an order reference helps us identify the purchase but is not the only way to do so.

If you notify us through the website, we will acknowledge receipt without delay on a durable medium, such as email. That acknowledgement does not make the effectiveness of your withdrawal dependent on our approval.

Sending goods back and return costs

Unless we offer collection, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. Sending them before that deadline is sufficient.

Return parcels to ESTILO NODOS SL, Calle Luis Vives 14, 28002 Madrid, Spain. After your request, we provide the necessary return paperwork or labels. Contacting us for instructions does not make withdrawal subject to approval or extend the return deadline.

Return shipping is free for returning or registered customers. A customer placing a first order through a registered account qualifies as registered. This free-return benefit is not restricted here to Spain and Greece. Other customers bear the direct return-shipping cost only where that cost was properly disclosed and applicable law permits it. We bear the costs required for statutory faulty-goods remedies; those are not ordinary no-fault returns.

Refunds and inspection

We will reimburse the payments due on withdrawal, including the cost of the least expensive ordinary delivery we offered when you placed your order, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after your notification. We do not have to reimburse the extra cost of an express delivery you chose. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without incurring fees.

For goods, unless we offer collection, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. A voucher is not compulsory.

You may inspect goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where the legal conditions apply, you are responsible only for loss of value caused by handling beyond that inspection. The unused/original-packaging conditions of the separate commercial offer below do not remove statutory withdrawal rights.

Exceptions are not automatic

Making a standard product after an order, choosing a standard size or colour, buying earrings or buying a discounted item does not, by itself, remove withdrawal rights. A statutory exception must match the particular goods or service and its actual conditions. No general personalised-goods, unsealed-earrings or specific-date-leisure exclusion is asserted by this draft.

Separate 14-day commercial returns and exchanges

In addition to any statutory rights, our commercial offer allows you to request a return or exchange if you ordered the wrong size or the item arrived in poor condition. Contact info@nodosbyg.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, then send the parcel within 14 calendar days of your request unless we arrange collection. The commercial offer requires unworn, unused goods in their original packaging. These conditions do not apply as exclusions of statutory faulty-goods remedies or statutory withdrawal. Earlier buyers retain any more favourable return terms offered when they bought.

During sales periods, discounted items are excluded from this additional commercial return offer. They retain any statutory withdrawal and faulty-goods rights that apply. A faulty discounted product is not limited to a future-use voucher.

For commercial exchange shipping:

  • Spain and Greece: free for returning or registered customers, including a first order placed through a registered account.
  • Spain and Greece: €15 for other customers.
  • International exchanges: Customer Service confirms the shipping cost before the exchange is arranged.

Commercial return shipping is free for returning or registered customers; other customers bear return-shipping costs, subject to any stronger applicable right. These exchange charges must not be used for statutory repairs or replacements.

Open points before publication (6)
  1. H04: The weekday production window is owner-confirmed; starting after manual acceptance is the authorized editorial interpretation. Existing holiday handling is retained. The ambiguous 14:00 cut-off is omitted, not replaced by a same-day dispatch promise. Align dependent summaries when this revision is published.
  2. H03/H04: Preserve the existing rates and thresholds. Verify how discounts affect the other countries' thresholds, available destinations and delivery estimates, without changing shipping configuration through this draft.
  3. H14: Preserve the completed staging EN/ES declaration and received-receipt checks and Alex's accepted human test; retired fixtures must not be reused. Sender authentication and separate promotion remain gates. No new delivery test is claimed here. H13 remains the national-implementation check.
  4. H05: Preserve the advertised free-return benefit and do not add a hidden administration fee. Check necessary cross-border arrangements internally. If any goods cannot normally be returned by post, supply the legally required cost information before purchase. The address and paperwork/label arrangement are confirmed; do not re-ask them.
  5. H08: If NODOS intends to rely on an exception, identify the actual product/workflow and confirm the statutory conditions and precontract disclosure first. Do not add a template-wide exception list detached from the shop.
  6. H05: Alex selected the aligned 14-day contact and parcel-dispatch periods for future purchases. Preserve stronger earlier-purchase promises and align all affected policy/FAQ summaries before release. Do not apply the shorter contact period retrospectively or require a compulsory voucher.

Statutory rights and additional lifetime guarantee

Statutory faulty-goods rights

Your statutory rights are separate from our additional commercial guarantee. Under Spanish law, we are responsible for a lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within three years, subject to any statutory suspension or extension and any stronger mandatory protection that applies. This is not a promise against every accident, misuse or ordinary wear.

You may request repair or replacement, subject to the legal rules on impossibility and disproportionate cost. Statutory repair or replacement must be completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where the legal conditions are met, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract with a refund. Termination is not available for a minor lack of conformity under the applicable statutory rule.

Statutory remedies are free, including necessary shipping, transport, labour and materials. These rights also apply to discounted goods. A voucher is not a compulsory substitute for a remedy available by law. The 14-day return period, unused condition, original packaging and the continued availability of the same design are not conditions of these statutory rights.

A refund due for a statutory price reduction is made without undue delay and within 14 days after you notify us of that decision. For termination of a goods sale, that refund period starts when we receive the goods or your evidence of return. The return is at our expense. We use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost to you, and we do not charge a refund fee. These are faulty-goods rules, separate from the withdrawal-refund timing in B4.

Email info@nodosbyg.com with a description of the issue and enough information to identify the purchase. Photographs can help assessment, but they are not an arbitrary barrier to a statutory claim. We will explain the available remedy and practical return arrangements; seeking instructions is not surrendering your rights.

Proposed additional lifetime guarantee

The guarantor is ESTILO NODOS SL, trading as NODOS by G, tax ID B75931782, C/Luis Vives 14, 28002 Madrid, Spain. Claims contact: info@nodosbyg.com; telephone +34 684 753 469 or +30 697 640 8902.

This guarantee is additional to your legal rights to free remedies against the seller. It does not reduce those rights.

For purchases made under this version of the additional guarantee, cover concerns faults in the design or printed material of NODOS's 3D-printed components and faults in the assembly of NODOS bag netting, such as strings coming loose. Metal components are not included in this additional cover. This does not limit statutory rights for any part of the product or a more favourable guarantee or advertising promise applicable when you bought it.

  • Duration: from delivery for as long as the original buyer owns the piece. The additional guarantee covers purchases delivered to any country offered by our website at the time of that purchase. Removing a country from our later delivery options does not reduce the cover applicable to an earlier purchase.

NODOS covers repair or replacement for an eligible durability claim and shipment back to you. The remedy is free of charge, including necessary shipping to us and other necessary transport. We will provide it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Customer-paid inbound shipping applies only to separately agreed aftercare outside statutory remedies and the applicable guarantee, never to a covered claim or in reduction of a more favourable purchase-time promise.

We repair the covered piece where possible. If repair is not possible, we offer an identical replacement or an equivalent replacement with your agreement. This additional guarantee does not add an unconditional right to a cash refund after the return period. If we cannot provide repair or a suitable replacement, any refund or other remedy required by law remains available.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or alterations is outside this additional guarantee where it caused the claimed damage. This does not exclude unrelated statutory non-conformity. No unverified generic “end of biomaterial life” exclusion is supplied here.

To make a claim, contact info@nodosbyg.com, describe the issue and provide the purchase details where available. Clear photographs are useful. If photographs are unavailable or insufficient, contact us to agree on a workable assessment method. We will explain the assessment and available solution.

We supply the guarantee statement on a durable medium no later than delivery. The required Spanish statement is not replaced by an English-only webpage; any applicable additional language requirement remains respected.

Existing purchases and paid aftercare

Existing buyers retain applicable rights from the guarantee and advertising associated with their purchase, including any binding more favourable promise. Later wording does not reduce them.

Where damage is genuinely outside statutory remedies and the applicable additional guarantee, we may offer paid aftercare. We will explain the proposed work, its price and any shipping charges and obtain your agreement before proceeding. Paid aftercare is not a compulsory route for a covered claim.

Open points before publication (5)
  1. H13: Complete the targeted Spanish implementation/contract-cohort check for the 2026 repair-related extension and information duties before prescribing an exact additional period. Do not imply the ordinary three-year wording is unaffected by statutory extensions.
  2. H06: Prospective guarantee-statement draft, not a withdrawal or retrospective narrowing of the existing lifetime promise. Purchase-time destination coverage is owner-confirmed. Duration from delivery while the original buyer owns the piece and repair/equivalent replacement are owner-confirmed. Necessary covered transport is free. Final component consistency, legal remedy qualification and durable delivery remain internal publication checks, not unanswered duration or shipping questions.
  3. H06: The accepted bag-net repair example is included. Preserve earlier purchase-time promises; final delivery and legal-application checks remain open.
  4. H06: Repair/equivalent replacement is owner-confirmed. Necessary covered shipping remains free under the producer-durability rules, not merely by owner concession. The no-unconditional-refund wording preserves mandatory remedies and does not make discontinuation end cover. The precise legal consequences of an impossible remedy remain an internal publication check, not another owner question or an invented automatic lifetime refund.
  5. H02/H06/H13: Verify actual durable delivery, the required language(s), and any applicable harmonised guarantee notice/label. A link to a changeable page alone is not proof.

Optional model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Its use is optional. No reason is required.
