Does the necklace come with an adjustable extender chain?

Our necklaces and chokers come with an adjustable stainless steel chain, but the type of adjustment and the length can vary by model. Check the measurements on the product page of the necklace you’re interested in: “adjustable chain” doesn’t necessarily mean it includes a separate extender chain.

What does the necklace look like when worn?

These are lightweight pieces designed to stand out close to the neck or over the neckline. The effect changes depending on the model and the chain length. For an accurate idea of how it looks, check the photos and measurements on its product page.

Will the necklace tarnish or rust in water?

We recommend taking it off before showering, swimming or applying perfume, and drying it if it gets wet. We can’t guarantee that every component and finish will stay unchanged with frequent exposure to water or chemicals.

Does it come in a gift box or case?

Yes. Each piece is delivered in a 3D-designed and 3D-printed box that protects it and makes for a nice presentation. If you need to confirm the exact packaging for a specific necklace, contact us before placing your order.

Can I exchange or return it if it doesn’t suit me?

Contact us at info@nodosbyg.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to request an exchange or return, then send the item within 14 days of notifying us. Items returned under the commercial policy must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. These commercial conditions do not limit your statutory withdrawal or faulty-goods rights. More favourable terms for earlier purchases remain protected.

Can the pendant be removed from the chain?

Yes. The Moon beads can be taken off the chain and worn on other chains or cords you already have.
